Usage

If you intend to use Bluetooth to connect to your favorite mobile phone, you can start using remotunes right away after you have completed the installation of both server and client applications. The server automatically scans for Bluetooth mobile phones and looks for an active remotunes client application. If an active remotunes client application is discovered, the server automatically connects to the mobile phone.

If you use WiFi instead to connect to your favorite mobile phone, you have to enable WiFi connectivity in the server's preferences and modify the operating system's firewall settings to allow socket connections to a user defined port. Also one should set ip addresses that are allowed to connect to the server in the server's WiFi preferences.

To start using remotunes, first ensure that the server is started, then start the client application on your mobile phone and select "Playlists" item from the client application's main menu.
